Founded by Alistair Blacklock and Amanda Randone in 2013, The Gazelle is a weekly student publication that serves the NYU Abu Dhabi community and NYU's greater global network. Published online, The Gazelle provides a platform for its undergraduate writers and photographers to cover campus and local news and is run solely by current undergraduate students. The editors are committed to operating editorially and financially independent of the university. Its logo now symbolizes the creative and insightful writing that the NYUAD community has come to expect from The Gazelle.
